*20% VAT is applied for Bank and PayPal payments.

-Premier BG will only organize the insurance on apartments with
up-to-date Maintenance and utility accounts
-Size of apartment(s) used is as per Title Deed (please contact us in
case confirmation on the size is required)
-Individual Policies will be issued for each insured property. Paper
copy will be kept with Premier BG on site, a scanned copy will be sent
to apartment owner upon request.
-In case of an accident and approved claim, insurance companies in
Bulgaria issue financial compensations and do not carry out repair work!
-Insurance policies are issued within a week of cleared payment
